Four Steps
The process has four steps: we arrange steps one to three, while step four must be completed by the vehicle owner with the Transport Department.
Step 1: Online Quote
Send the vehicle make, model, year of manufacture and condition photos through our online system or WhatsApp. We reply with a recycling quote as soon as possible.
Step 2: Arrange Time & Location
Once both sides agree the price, you choose the handover time and location (residential car park, roadside or garage). We arrange free on-site towing.
Step 3: On-Site Handover & Payment
On arrival we check the documents and vehicle condition, then pay in cash or by FPS and issue the "Vehicle Destruction Certificate" (scrapping certificate). The certificate states the Business Registration Certificate number, which is what the Transport Department requires.

Step 4: Cancel the Vehicle Registration
Within 15 days of destruction, the owner must take the original scrapping certificate, original registration document, original vehicle licence (if still valid), proof of identity and the completed form TD 184 to a Transport Department Licensing Office. If the cancellation is not made, the owner remains liable for the vehicle.
Document Checklist for Handover
Please prepare the following documents on the day of handover:
| Vehicle Registration Document (original) Required | Required for verifying the vehicle details and for the later cancellation. |
|---|---|
| Vehicle Licence (original) Required | Required; if 60 days or more remain, it can be used to refund part of the licence fee. |
| Proof of identity Required | Used to verify identity. |
| Car keys Required | Hand over with the vehicle. |
